At Cima Care Burton, we provide person centred support through our two residential services. We pride ourselves in ensuring the people we support are at the heart of all we do. We aim to empower our residents to lead independent lives and integrate within the community in which they live.
Passionate about Person Centred Care
Our goal is to help the people we support to feel empowered to live the independent life they choose within their local community. With over 20 years’ experience we are passionate about enriching the lives of adults with learning difficulties.

Cima Care Burton comprises of two Residential Care homes based in the market town of Burton Upon Trent and Alfreton in Derbyshire.

Whether you are a social worker, commissioner or anyone in a position of making decisions about the care of an individual, you can refer to us with confidence. We are proud of the experience within our team when providing care. All our new support workers are required to achieve the Care Certificate qualification within six weeks of joining the organisation.
